Supplement your geotechnical data with the CPT rig. This fast and efficient direct push method collects continuous soil and water data without generating the waste associated with other methods. Its ideal use is in soils ranging from clay to sand.

During the investigation, the cone tip collects tip pressures, sleeve frictions, water pressures and siesmic information that is recorded to an onboard computer. The onboard computer compresses this data to generate soil density, soil character profiles, hydrostatic head, SPT counts and shear wave velocities every 5cm and can be printed and taken that day. Field information is then brought to the office and compiled into report ready files to meet the clients needs.

All of our track/ATV rigs can be quickly adapted to run the CPT equipment in order to retrieve data on challenging sites.
